  4. Ipc media advantages • Advantages: • Already publish a lot of magazines so I know they’re very successful in the indie rock genre of magazines • Big company so easy advertisements • The “ipc media” stamp draws customers in

  5. Ipc Media Disadvantages • Publish a lot of magazines meaning more competition • Have a lot of people applying for their music magazine to be published also meaning more competition. • Big company meaning a lot of critics

  6. Bauer Media Group music magazines

  7. Bauer Media Advantages • Publish less magazines than Ipc meaning a lot less competition • Also very successful so the Bauer media stamp draws in a wider audience • Big company means big advertisements but this company is not as big as Ipc in the music magazine front

  8. Bauer Media disadvantages • Not as big as Ipc so it would bring in less custom • Big company means lots of critics • A lot of competition due to the magazines already published and also the amount of people trying to get their music magazines published

  9. Emap media company • I would not choose a company such as Emap as they distribute business magazines and my magazine would not fit into their genre meaning that the Emap stamp would mean nothing for my magazine
