  2. Completing the real estate sales training approved by the CEA is mandatory in order to start working as a real estate agent in Singapore. The course deals with all the rules and regulations related to the real estate industry in the country. You will be in charge of all the processes involved in closing a real estate deal once you start working as a real estate agent. You need to hence learn all laws in a systematic manner. .

  3. Selection of the course provider should be done with care. You need to choose a CEA approved RES course provider with a fantastic track record in order to complete the course without any difficulties. The RES exam needs to be cleared in order to earn the license that is stipulated by the CEA in order to work as a real estate agent in the country. A good provider will have highly experienced faculty members who will help you in learning the portions with ease. .
