From learning the aesthetics of photography and cinematography to fundamentals of shooting and high definition video production, exterior and interior lighting, and much more; the lesson instills a deeper understanding of storytelling and the moving image, managing the camera as a piece of gear as well as an artist’s tool thereby exploring how the Cinematographer and Director collaborate in order to communicate something meaningful and entertaining to an audience .
