  3. Soft Bounce Temporary in nature. This may delay the delivery of message to the destination but not necessarily bars the message. It is considered to be distorted if the period of delivery expires.

  4. Hard Bounce • Permanent in nature. • The delivery of mail to the recipient is always failed in this case. • You will not able to send messages to the receiver once the address gets removed from the database.
