  1. CONFIGURATION SERVER SETTINGS WITH YAHOO EMAIL

  2. Start with opening the Outlook 2013, then click on the File menu, and then click on Add Account option

  3. Here you need to click on Manual setup or additional server types option and then click on Next button

  4. After that click on POP or IMAP accordingly and then click on Next button

  5. Now, from the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen, enter the following setting information as given : • Your Name box - Type your name as profile name • Email Address box - Type your email address • Account Type - Select POP3 • Incoming mail server box - Type pop3.live.com • Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box - Type smtp.live.com • User Name box - Type your Yahooaccount name • Password box - Type your Yahoopassword • Remember Password - Check box • Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) check box - Unchecked • Then click on More Settings option

  6. Outgoing Server tab - My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box

  7. Advanced tab - This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) check box under Incoming Server (POP3)

  8. Incoming Server (POP3) box - Port 995 • TLS for Use the following type of encrypted connection under Outgoing server (SMTP)

  9. Here from the right side of the POP and IMAP Account Settings screen, you need to click on Test Account Settings to get it verify

  10. Finally, you have all setup Yahoo account

  11. That’s all, you have successfully configured your Yahoo account on a third-party email client known as Outlook
