Achievement of the country's economic expansion, (an economic growth rate of 6 to 7% is expected over the medium term) An extensive program of development of the electricity sector to support the socio-economic development of the country and cover the national market Significant challenges in terms of investments on different segments of activities.   19. Four companies have been created: Power station SKH Hadjret Ennouss (Combined cycle - installed capacity 1200 MW (3 X 400MW)) is foreseen on outset2009. Power station Terga - CC 1200 MW ( 3 X 400 MW) is foreseen on 2011. Power station Koudiet Draouch - CC 1200 MW ( 3 X 400 MW) is foreseen on 2012. Power station Thermo-Solar SPP1 (150 MW of wich 30 MW Solar and 120 Gas Turbine) is foreseen on 2010. Independant Power Producer (IPP)’s emergence 19
