O/E: • Glasses • Normal hearing • Ambulation by wheelchair • Co-operative for assessment Functional Communication: • Non-fluent verbal output • Some automatic speech present – ‘No’, ‘Oh yes’ • Comprehension intact for simple conversation/instructions • Responsive at times, minimally responsive at others – fell asleep during some assessment
