  2. Russell Sergent is the owner of three businesses.

  3. He started his first company, Pro-Source Distributors, in 1988, only a few short months after graduating from high school.

  4. Pro-Source Distributors is a janitorial supply company serving 500 companies in Wisconsin and Illinois.

  5. Sergent’s love of snowmobiling led him to found Pro-Source Xtreme, a snowmobile supply store.

  6. In 2000, he bought his own Quizno’s franchise for good measure.

  7. Sergent took an interest in endurance running, and completed his first Iron Man race in 2008.
