  4. Training Costs and Stipend All apprentices will receive 25%of the stipend, up to?1500. But Basic Training Costs will no longer be covered. DBT (Direct Benefits Transfer) remains the biggest change.Apprentices will receive partial stipends directly in their bank accounts from the central government.
