Who we are? • Over the course of 25 years, World Karate has developed a time tested method of introduction to the many martial arts based programs taught at their convenient locations. • World Karate has been serving Fairfax, Annandale, Burke and West Springfield for over 20 years, has taught over 5000 tae kwon do students and nearly 500 have reached the level of Black Belt. World Karate also provides other fun and learning activities such as After-school programs and annual Summer Camps. World Karate is also a place of fitness with its Boot Camp Kickboxing Program. • Back to School Specials is one of our latest selections of programs. Tae Kwon Do Program • World Karate has been teaching an innovative Tae Kwon Do curriculum in Fairfax County for decades. It is a system that is never static as we will adapt to update and improve our teaching methods and techniques. At World Karate, we have martial arts programs for the entire family, whether it be a child, teenager or an adult looking for a different approach to achieving a high level of fitness.

After School Martial Arts • Our After School Program offers enriching learning opportunities in a fun environment for school-age children in Fairfax County is very well received by students and parents alike as we are a great alternative to the packed SACC programs and crowded daycare facilities while providing safety and security for the children of working parents. • Includes: • Transportation from School • Black Belt Club privileges • Teacher Workday Camp included • Camp Discounts • Daily Tae Kwon Do Class • Snack & Homework time included • Great alternative to Daycare!

  7. BOOT CAMP KICKBOXING • An exciting new program offered by World Karate is our Adult kickboxing class. This Boot Camp style workout designed by World Karate combines punches from boxing. It also includes the kicks of martial arts, body weight resistance exercises, plyometric and advanced core routines. It is a whole body workout that is cardiovascular in nature but concentrates on the lower body and the core. The result is a program that will increase your fitness level and make you lean and tone.
