Hawkins Leads Local Investment Group ASI Capital Forward Into Real Estate Sector COLORADO SPRINGS – AUGUST 22, 2017 - ASI Capital LLC, a private debt and equity firm based in Colorado Springs, CO, now offers accredited investors direct investments in real estate property including multi-family, hospitality and commercial office buildings. Sean A. Hawkins, Managing Partner at ASI Capital, is responsible for the strategic direction for all real estate transactions. This entails structuring transactions including asset and stock purchases, tax-free exchanges, and limited partnerships with unique general partner promotes. Sean Hawkins oversees the development, underwriting, due diligence, deal structure, and asset acquisition strategies for the Company. Sean Hawkins is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds a series 65 license and has over 17 years’ experience in the financial industry. He began his career as the financial director of a national non-profit organization before moving into mortgage brokering and banking. He was a mortgage banker for over 12 years where he ended his career at one of the largest privately held mortgage banking firms in the U.S. He was responsible for originating or oversight of over $250 million in residential and commercial loans during his career. In 2009, Mr. Hawkins co-founded a Registered Investment Advisory firm specializing in alternative assets and consulting Investment Advisors, institutional investors and issuers.

He has been a resident and studied on three different continents and has traveled to almost 40 countries including every continent except Antarctica.
