  3. HOW KICKIDLER WORKS Kickidler’s software consists of 3 components: Server, Viewer and Grabber. Also the first installed server in the company gets the web interface. Server stores all data collected by the program. Viewer is the program agent for monitoring employees and viewing reports. It’s installed on the computer of the person who’s doing the monitoring. Grabber is the agent for screen capturing. It’s installed on the controlled computers. Web interface is where setup and coordination of all components of the program is carried out. It also has extended reporting system. Data reaches the server, where it’s stored and broadcasted online The viewer program collects data from the server and allows the supervisor to gain access to online monitoring, video recordings and viewing of reports.

Storage time of videos can be configured individually (by default the storage period is 7 days). Videos are stored in the special compressed format in the indexed database. Kickidler's unique function is a special filter that allows the supervisor to see the video of the history of user's activity of interaction with a certain program and website or the video of the committed violation.
