Dress well and feel good about yourself If you would be women, I would have suggested that have a new dress for your Monday mornings and things will be bright and sunny. However, being
men, a suggestion would be modified that you must pick one of your favorite outfit for every Monday. In fact, not only the outfit but also your men’s underwear, vest, socks, accessories and more. Think about pairing your suit with men’s g-string underwear and other accessories. Th idea here is to raise the bar of your happiness on the first day of the week. Say no to Sunday alcohol We all know what Sunday alcohol would do to you on a Monday morning. Quit it. Yes! Just say no to alcohol on Sunday and you can have as much as you want on a Saturday or Friday night. This would leave you feeling fresh on the first day of the week. Hit the bed early on a Sunday night “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. Oh yes!! You might be the one who sits and watches episodes of your favorite show back to back till the sun comes up on your head, but Sunday needs to be different. Sleep in early so that waking up on time won’t be a pain for you. Bitch about Monday and you’ll feel better Some say it is better not to talk about something bad coz you’ll think about it more. Work, work, work can make you a dull man. You have to plan your week and spend some time grooming yourself after you leave from work in the evening. You can spend time pampering yourself with some manicure/pedicure or a relaxing massage. Working next day when you give yourself these luxuries would be more fun.
