Understanding this requirement Kilews Industrial Corporation and Microntech has developed Kilews Screw Feeders to make assembly of screws ergonomic and faster. Kilews Screw Feeders come in different variants for different kinds of screw assemblies. KFR-1050 Kilews Screw Feeder caters to manual assembly needs where a screw will present itself and operator has to manually pick the screw from feeder. KFA-0830 is for vacuum type screw drivers and automation systems; it is more widely used in automation machines where there is no or limited human interference. KFA-0830 can only handle from M0.8 to M3.0 screw sizes as it uses a different kind of presentation mechanism, but it is a very robust machine with short circuit and over load protection.
