  4. Thiis line is used for SZ stranding fibre loose tubes. Since our factory was established in 1998, we have made and modernized more than 240 SZ stranding lines. Our stranding line almost has reached the European standards. The SZ stranding line mainly contains the following components: SZ stranding line (Shanghai Weiye OFC Equipment co., ltd )has a working speed of 80m/min – 100m/min (when stranding pitch 65 – 70mm. binding pitch 25 – 30mm ). The SZ stranding line is consisted of Central member pay-off, Multi sheave dancer-controller, ФФ800 loose tube pay-off (up to 24), SZ oscillator table, concentric yarn binder. anti- twisting device, Caterpillar capstan, Ф800 Multi-wheel tension unit, take-up, Electrical control system (PLC + touch screen) 4/4
