  1. Tips To Prepare For The IELTS Writing Exam A discursive essay is required for the Task of the IELTS Academic Writing Module (AW), where candidates may be asked to assess a problem and offer a solution, compare and contrast several ideas, or even contest a concept or argument. The maximum word count is 250, and the total time permitted is 40 minutes. IELTS General Training Writing Module (AW) Task 1 is a 20-minute writing exercise that asks candidates to reply in writing to a particular circumstance or problem by asking for information or elaborating on and resolving the issue. Why IELTS Writing Part is an Important Part? For Task 2 of the IELTS General Training Writing Module (AW), the candidate has 40 minutes to create a composition that is comparable to the essay for the Academic Writing Task. The IELTS General Training module demands the applicant to write a brief letter in which they ask for information, describe a situation or

  2. problem, complain about a service, make a suggestion, or make a recommendation. Answers to all of the question's components and major bullet points must be precise and suitable, providing enough information for each component. For both the Academic and General Training IELTS tests, Task 2 follows a similar format. Each component of the work must be fully addressed by the candidate, who must also answer the question with a well-developed stance that includes pertinent facts and is backed up by examples. The writing must flow smoothly so that the reader may understand the ideas without difficulty. The presentation and organization of information are referred to as coherence. To make it simple for the reader to understand the argument, the applicant must make sure that their ideas are arranged in logical paragraphs. There should be one key topic in every paragraph, each of which should be explained and illustrated. The usage of cohesive devices affects the way the sentences flow together and relate to one another. Concerning the particular questions being answered, this factor speaks to the applicants' efficacy and vocabulary range. Instead of the use of called difficult terms, they will be assessed on the appropriateness and correctness of their lexical choices. So be sure to proofread your writing for spelling problems. This criterion evaluates a candidate's ability to accurately write simple statements as well as a variety of complicated sentences, supported, of course, by proper punctuation.

  3. Make sure you accurately use a variety of sophisticated structures, such as conditionals, relative clauses, and so on, if you want to receive a high band. It is crucial to provide a summary of the key information in the graph for Task 1 of the Academic module of the IELTS general training preparation. If your response does not contain at least one or two overview statements, you will not receive a high Task Achievement Score. You must carefully examine the graph, table, or chart and describe all of the key details and pertinent information it contains. The main visual similarities and contrasts must be highlighted. Your response must appropriately summarise the data shown in the graph. In the UK study system, even though you may have an extensive understanding of the subject, avoid drawing any conclusions or adding information that is not supported by the picture. Less than that won't adequately convey the information that is expected of you. Finally, avoid using bullet points or numbers because doing so will result in a penalty. If the question is part of the General Training Writing Module Task 1, all portions of the answer must be given in the appropriate style: informal if the letter is to be sent to family and friends, semi-formal if it is to a coworker, and formal if it is to a business or newspaper.
