  1. Period Diet Plan

  2. What is period diet plan Period diet plan are referred to as period diets. Along with lessening the severity of pain, it primarily seeks to improve nutrition during this period. To avoid the uncomfortable time of the month, you must eat a healthy, balanced diet.

  3. What diet is best for periods? For women who experience frequent or heavy periods, lean meat, such as chicken or red meat, is a crucial source of protein and iron. Limit sodium and caffeine; stay away from saturated fats like those found in butter, cream, bacon, and potato chips. Increase your intake of water and herbal drinks like chamomile.

  4. A healthy Period diet plan is high in vegetables (five serves daily), fruit (two serves per day), nuts, seeds, fish (up to three servings per week) and other sources of omega-3 foods such as flax or chia seeds, low-fat dairy food, proteins such as legumes and eggs, and a variety of wholegrains such as rice (brown, basmati, doongara), traditional rolled oats, buckwheat flour, wholegrain breads (rye, essene, spelt, kamut), wholemeal pasta, couscous, millet or amaranth. Increase your intake of calcium-rich foods such as nuts, low-fat dairy products, fish with bones such as salmon and sardines, tofu, broccoli and bok choy.

  5. Nutritional supplements in period diet plan Although many women use vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to help with PMS symptoms, not all supplements have been proven to be effective. The supplements listed here have some scientific support for their advantages, but additional research is still needed for each of them. To make sure there are no hazards involved with trying these supplements, speak with your doctor. Some dietary supplements could affect how a drug works.
