    1. COVER THIS CONTENT VERY QUICKLY! Using the draft org chart, cover the basic purpose of each functional area. Include one or two sentences about each subject area within the division. For example, within Systems Engineering, describe Data Architecture, Security, etc. responsibilities. For Program Support, describe the Integrated Schedule, PROMT, etc. Speaker’s Notes: This is the current approved organizational structure. Reporting to the Executive Officer are Contracting, Quality, and Risk. Project Management and Budget report directly to the PD. We have three branches within the PMO. Program Support includes all of the non-technical areas of the program, including IV&V, Project Control, Configuration Management, and User Support. The Systems Engineering Division handles all of the technical aspects of developing ERA. Security, Systems Architecture, Data Architecture, and other areas of expertise all report to Dyung Le. Bob Chadduck handles Research and the Virtual Archives Lab where we coordinate research partnerships on topics critical to ERA. It’s also our test bed to demonstrate that some of the cutting edge features of ERA really can be successfully deployed. If you haven’t taken the time to go up and see the Lab, it’s on the 6th floor and I really encourage you to go up there. By the end of this slide, the audience should understand that the ERA PMO is a group of experienced professionals managing a formal software development and acquisition program… COVER THIS CONTENT VERY QUICKLY!
