  1. Kaleji Seekh Kebab Recipe Introduction Indian cuisine is a vast fusion of delicacies from all the different cultures and a lot more than just Naan and Curry. I believe it's a loss if you haven't tasted the Seekh kebab already. I still remember the insane taste of smoky, delicious Chicken Kaleji Kebab from my favourite stall outside the college campus. I missed it so much that I went back to Delhi the next time I asked the old cook for his recipe. And today, I'll share with you the best Chicken liver kebab in a few simple steps. But before we start, do you know it's not just your taste buds; your body needs this kebab too. Chicken liver is rich in Vitamin B12, B6, Vit A, C, E, and other nutrients like copper, choline, folate etc. Chicken liver (Chicken Kaleji) is a surprisingly healthy diet with high protein content and fewer calories and fat. It's a great food popularly known for its nutritional content, which helps maintain good heart health and manage weight while keeping your dietary needs fulfilled. Easy Kaleji Seekh Kebab recipe (Chicken liver recipe) Preparation time: 25 -30 minutes. Cooking-time: 10 minutes. Ingredients : 1.Fresh Chicken liver - 500g 2.Green chilli - ½ tsp 3.Chopped Onion - ½ cup 4.Ginger paste - 1 tsp 5.Garlic paste (fresh) - 1 or ½ tsp 6.Besan - 3 tbsp 7.Add salt to taste 8.Whole Coriander seeds - 1 tsp 9.Roasted Cumin powder - ½ tsp 10.Black Pepper powder - ½ tsp 11.Butter/Oil/Ghee - 2 tsp Also needed: Bamboo/metal skewers, basting brush, grill (any type) If using bamboo skewers, don't forget to soak them in water for 30 minutes. Preparation Method: Start by mixing the first eight ingredients in a mixing bowl, divide it into eight equal parts. Set the Grill in medium-high heat. Now wet your hands slightly. Take one part mixture at a time, and pack those along the length of your skewer. Once done, put skewers on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn
