Considered as one of the easiest treks among the avid trekkers. Located at an altitude of 14,009 ft . Is filled with the magnificence and enchanting nature. MEALS AT BHRIGU LAKE BEST MEALS PROVIDED DURING THIS TREK Eating proper meals on treks is a challenge to many. Your body works out so much that you are tempted to gorge on all food available. Yet, over-eating could work against you while trekking. So, our trek leaders and cooks plan best for you when it comes to a hygienic diet.

ITINERARY FOR BHRIGU LAKE PACKAGE : DAY 1 REACH GULABA 1 You have to start from Manali; on the Rohtang pass road towards till hamlet Gulaba, in be- tween, you will cross the towns Kolang, Palchan and Kothi. The way will be so mesmerizing decorated with pine forests and beautiful weather. short trek nearly of 1 hrs, and there it will be your first campsite in the grasslands near for- est line. The trek will be easy without any difficulty you will be able to walk for reaching the campsite along with admiring the beauty of Bhrigu lake trek. DAY 2 GULABA TO ROLA KHOLI 2 Your trek starts by the forest and meadows with Manali and Solang Valley in the back. The most noticeable peaks are Mt. Hanuman Tibba and the Seven Sister peaks located at Beas Kund Valley. After 3-4 hours of trek, trail will take you to Kolang Nallah. After the bridge hike, trek for another 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Rola Kholi, our campsite for the night. Rola Kholi has beautiful view with mountains on 3 sides which save it from stormy winds.

  4. ITINERARY FOR BHRIGU LAKE PACKAGE : DAY 3 ROLA KHOLI TO BHRIGU LAKE AND BACK TO ROLA KHOLI 3 Today we have to trek very long, so we have to start early in the morning. When we pass the lake, you found that the trail color change from green to brown and to white. We requested to the trekkers that get ready and keep fit for today because the trails are too difficult and long. Once we reach the lake, the view is wonderful, because of the frozen lake. If you trek the lake throughout summer, you find that the grass and tiny alpine flowers are nearby the lake. After spending time at the lake, we trek to back to Rola Kholi. The base for the night is at Rola Kholi. DAY 4 ROLA KHOLI TO GULABA DEPARTURE FROM GULABA 4 Today's trek is an easy one. We get back to Gulaba through the meadows we came up from. It takes 3-4 hours to reach Gulaba. And back to Manali.

INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED EXCLUDED FROM THE PACKAGE: INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:  Transportation cost (to reach base camp or ride in between trekking).  First night dinner and accommodation in guest house.  All meals & additional cost during transportation.  Trekking stick, warm clothes, trekking shoes.  After summit breakfast before transportation.  All time meals and snacks during trek.  Trekkers have to carry their bags during trek.  Experienced trek leader and guides.  First aid kit.  If you wish to offload your backpack, there will be an additional charge of Rs. 1,600 + 5% GST. The backpack cannot weigh more than 9 kgs. Suitcases/strollers/duffel bags will not be allowed. Please note that charges will vary for last minute offloading in case you decide to offload your bag after reach- ing the basecamp (Rs. 1,800 + 5% GST). Online offloading in advance is possible up to two days prior to the trek start date.  For accommodation comfortable tents during trek.  Equipment's and Gears for trekking.  Daily Medical Checkup.  Certified Porters and Cook.  Mules for offloading (Chargeable).  Everything which is not mentioned in included is excluded.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO CARRY FOR THIS TREK: GEAR: CLOTHING:  1 backpack (50-60 liters) with rain cover  2 pairs of pants  3-4 T-shirt with long sleeves  1 rain cover for you  2 Shirts with long sleeves  1 pair Floaters or slippers  1 Jacket  1 water bottles  1 waterproof, wind-proof jacket (Please make sure this is a warm jacket and not just a windcheater.)  1 Lunch Box  A pair of trekking shoes or waterproof sports shoes  2 pairs thermals (uppers and lowers)  3 pairs socks ESSENTIALS:  1-2 pairs woolen socks  Woolen cap  Cap  Sunglasses  Woolen gloves  Cold cream  1 woolen scarf  Lip balm  Extra cotton bags FOR TOILET AND BATHROOM We use hygienic dry toilet tents during trek because of minimum water availability. Carry additional things by yourself like hand sanitizers, wet wipes, tissues etc.

Health care, Medication, pulse rate checker, Health card are included. Every trekker will get a health checkup. Trek leader will check your pulse, heart and oxygen levels and will mention it in your health card.
