We want you to have more time to focus on the things that really matter to your business instead of wasting time on boring, frustrating drudge work. We’re talking about spreadsheets. Ugh. Well, you’re about to end your stormy relationship with spreadsheets! We’ve been pulling quite a few all-nighters here at Venzee lately…working hard to get our platform integrated with ShopGo. From now on all ShopGo sellers will be able to both easily create and update products for their platform in the twinkling of an eye and with a massive reduction in spreadsheet use. You’re going to be asking yourself…where did all the spreadsheets go? It only takes a few minutes to check out how it works: ( etl tools ) Step 1: No Cost – No Credit Card – Sign Up Here We want to you to get up and running fast. That’s why we’ve made the Venzee sign-up process quick…less than a minute. Have your data handy because when you’re doing signing up you’re ready to start importing your data to Venzee! How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: The ShopGo Template We’re going to call the data you just uploaded in Step 1 your “Source Data” from now on. Venzee has a custom-made template for ShopGo merchants that’s available right now in our Template Library. To get to the Template Library click on Dynamic Data and then “Next”. When you find the ShopGo template, choose it and click “Next”. How do I create a template? Step 3: How To Use The ShopGo Template We’re now going to use the ShopGo template to create what we call a Dynamic Collection. This is what you’re going to use when you want to create ShopGo-compatible product records from the Source Data that you uploaded in Step 1. To make a Dynamic Collection you need to map the ShopGo template’s fields to your Source Data’s attributes. The attributes are things like color, size, weight etc. If you need help click the little question mark for some tips or watch the videos.
Once you get the hang of the basics we have some advanced features for you to try. You can perform mathematical calculations, create tables, and if you want, add some padding to get everything lined up nicely for the ShopGo platform. When you’re all done click the “Generate” button and then “Export”. We’ll send you an email with the download link to the file that you’ll use whenever you want to quickly create some ShopGo products from your Source Data. How do I create a Dynamic Collection? How do I import images into Venzee? Step 4: Remove The Word ‘Spreadsheets’ From Your Vocabulary And Replace It with ‘Venzee’ You’re all set! You’re ready to start turning out dynamic ShopGo-ready products in a flash! Best part? When your Source Data gets updated they get updated!
