  2. Gift Cards Gift cards are prepaid cards in which stipulated amount is loaded and can be used only for swiping at merchant establishments. Vijaya Bank gift cards can be loaded one-time and are valid only in India. Gift cards can be used either by the purchaser directly or can be gifted, wherein the recipient can use the card. The ultimate beneficiary of the gift card need not be a account holder of the bank.

  3. Gift Card Application Procedure Interested customers need to submit Gift card application form prescribed by the bank. Payment of Gift cards is done only via accounts and cash payment is not accepted. Gift cards are issued to Vijaya Bank customers who have successfully maintained SB/Current accounts with the bank for a minimum period of 6 months.

  4. Gift Card Validity & Use Gift cards are valid only in India. These cards are valid for 1 year from the date of activation. Gift cards can be redeemed only at merchant locations by swiping the card. Gift cards are not valid for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Gift card balance can be known at ATMs by using the balance enquiry option or by calling the customer care number of the bank.

  5. Card Loss Gift Card Charges In case of card loss, the card holder must report the loss to bank’s 24x7 helpline number - 1800 425 9992 / 5885 / 4066 or email - debitccc@vijayabank.co.in Load value: Rs.1000- Rs.50000/- in multiples of 500
