Prior to this, Godrej Properties had entered into a deal with Lotus Greens to enter Noida market in January this year, under which a residential project should be developed on 36 acres of land. Godrej Properties Lotus Greens is going to launch Lotus Greens Sports City in Sector 150, with the company Lotus Greens. This time the company is working on a project of 7Lakh square feet. 1.90Lakh square feet projects are still in pipeline. Tata Group's Realty firm Tata Housing is now planning to build a house in Noida. For this, the company has negotiated with four local builders. These include Logistics Group and Lotus Greens. The company has started this dialogue to create a joint venture. The company is in collaboration with Godrej Lotus Greens, making Project in Lotus Greens Sports City in Sector 150. Last month Godrej Properties had announced to enter Noida. Tata Housing was working in the National Capital Region (NCR), but not in Noida. The company is working on four projects in Gurgaon. 75% of the company's projects are running in partnership with local developers and landlords.
