  1. Yoga for Detox People often look at Yoga as an instrumental method for achieving their body goals. But Yoga is a lot deeper than just asanas and mantras. When practised as a way of life, Yoga penetrates deep into one’s consciousness,altering a person’s perception towards life. Yoga helps us get back in touch with our primal yet evolved states, finding a delicate balance between strength and poise and between light and dark energies. These revelations come about when one has mastered the Yogic life and one begins to sense a deeper meaning in continuing the practice of Yoga. On the shallow end people, many a time, turn to Yoga looking for a savior. The wear and tear of life can easily wear someone down over a given period of time both physically and mentally and as such a lot of underlying problems are overlooked, that pile-up and cause bigger health issues later. Yoga nips these problems in the bud and helps detox our bodies at an early stage to avoid these mishaps later. Here are a few exercises that can help detox your body: 1. Kapalbhati Pranayama– The Kapalbhati is a simple yet fundamental breathing technique used in all branches of Yoga like Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga or Vinyasa flow yoga which is also great for working up a sweat and pumping out toxins from the body.
