  1. 5 Spectacular Sites to See In South America Anubhav Vacations

  2. South America South America has a lot to offer adventurers in search of spectacular scenery and thrills. From the breath-taking falls of Iguazu to the icy landscape of Patagonia, the South American continent is full of surprises. A border between Europe and the Arctic Circle, the Scandinavian countries offer some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.

  3. The Iguacu Falls - Argentina, Brazil Serving as a natural border between Brazil and Argentina, these spectacular falls extend for the most part in the Argentine territory, nestled in the heart of a lush rainforest. These falls are formed of 275 waterfalls that line up almost 3 km. The most impressive is the devil's throat, 82 m high. The Lapland is a region of Finland which straddles Sweden. It is a real white paradise where you can admire some of the most beautiful natural phenomena, such as the northern lights, the midnight sun or, on the contrary, whole days of twilight.

  4. The Salar of Uyuni - Bolivia The Salar of Uyuni is the largest expanse of salt of the planet with its 10 582 km² of the surface. It unfolds a remarkable immaculate landscape in the south-east of Bolivia, perched at more than 3,600 m of altitude. The Salar of Uyuni contains 10 billion tons of salt. It is also a major lithium deposit. In November, during the wettest period, the salary is a popular stopover for flamingos. When visiting the site, do not miss the Isla del Pescado, a piece of land shaped like fish bristling with giant cacti. Hence, get your package ready from South America Holidays.

  5. The Perito Moreno Glacier Argentina The Perito Moreno Glacier offers a striking bluish spectacle in the south of Argentina in the Patagonian region. This glacier is, in fact, the emerged part of Patagonia's southern ice field. Integrated into the Los Glaciares National Park, this glacier fascinates with its vertiginous ramparts of nearly 70 m spread over almost 30 km on Lake Argentino. The tranquility of the place is disturbed only by the clatter of detachment of large blocks of ice that fall into the lake.

  6. Falls of Kaieteur - Guyana After traversing a dense forest, the Potaro River descends a vertiginous cliff at the origin of Kaieteur falls so named after a leader of the Patamona Indian tribe. These falls are among the highest in the world since they can reach more than 230 m high. To reach them, you have to make your way through the jungle, but at the end of the journey, you will be rewarded by a unique spectacle.

  7. The Laguna Verde - Chile Laguna Verde is a small hypersaline lake nestled at the bottom of a valley perched at more than 4,000 meters above sea level in the Atacama region of northern Chile. This water point stands out from the rest of the arid and ocher landscape by its bright green color due to its high concentration of minerals. After a reasonably technical ascent, hikers can relax in the natural thermal pools fed by the active volcanism of the region. Now, you know where to visit in South America, so go for the best South America Packagesfor a great journey.
