  2. HOW DID THE STUDIO COME ABOUT? • Belstone Pictures are an independent UK Indie Feature Film Production company. • The company was founded by Hurtwood House alumni, Finn Cardigan Bruce. This was after he had created a desire to make films that push boundaries in Hurtwood’s Film Academy. • They were founded in 2010 however, it was not until 2016 that Belstone was Bruce’s pure focus. • He enjoys creating films that communicate and share interesting and spellbinding stories. • Bruce worked as a photographer and worked on various films and TV shows. He also became the Executive Assistant to Shaun Redick & Ray Mansfield and worked with Nicola Horlick.

  3. WHO OWNS THE COMPANY AND WHAT DO THEY OWN? At first I believed they were not owned by any companies, however after more research, I realised that some of their films such as ‘Tank 432’ were also produced by IFC Midnight. They are an American film production and distribution company who produce independent films under their own name. Belstone are not a subsidiary of any major companies and do not currently own any smaller companies. If they did own smaller businesses, they may find an increase in revenue however, they are not yet large enough or well-known enough to purchase a company. However, the do collaborate with larger distribution partners. Some of these include Netflix, HBO and prime cinema.

  4. BIGGEST BOX OFFICE SUCCESSES • Tank 432 (Domestic video sales = $34,779) • Tucked • Making Tracks • Paul Dood’s Deadly Lunch Break • Improve Your Life Now • Hollow • Sanctuary of Collell Belstone had released three feature films (see above images) with a fourth currently in postproduction.
