  2. THE SETTING OF THE STORY • The story takes place at their home and high school. • They live in a two story house with their mom and dad. • It is around school time (August – June)

  3. ALL ABOUT THE CHARACTERS • Kristina-she is the perfect young woman who everyone envies. She has jet black hair and she is very athletic. • Tess- she is very smart and in some ways boring. She also has very red hair.

  4. WHATS THE PROBLEM? • Kristina (Tess’ older sister) is diagnosed with cancer. 

  5. RESOLUTION • Kristina does not die. • Tess becomes somewhat popular and gets a date to prom.

  6. MY OPINION!! • I thought the book was awesome, but very sad. I would most definitely recommend it to everybody!

  7. SUMMARY • A young girl named Kristina is diagnosed with cancer. She and her family don’t know what to think of it at the time. Her younger sister Tess is most hurt and upset about her sister and the possibility of Kristina dying.
