2. Using INTERNET EXPLORER • Be sure you are using Internet Explorer • Not Chrome • Not Firefox • Not your iPhone • Not your iPad • Not your Kindle

3. Using INTERNET EXPLORER Navigate to: https://pwdreset.Winrock.org

4. Enter your username • Use Winrock\username

5. Answer 3 questionsClick next

6. Check your non-Winrock email • Check the non-Winrock email address that you entered during registration. • Be sure to check your spam folder • The sender of the email will be “FIM Service” (example below)

7. Enter the security code Click next

8. Enter your new password • The password must contain over 10 characterswith at least 2 of the 3 following characteristics: • one number (1234567890) • one special character (&^%$#@!) • one capital letter • The new password cannot include more than 2 consecutive characters of your username • Cannot contain over 3 consecutive characters that are reused from your last 5 passwords

9. You can now login using the new password
