As the cool, dry air of autumn moves in, your skincare requires a different approach. Many of those holy grail products that kept your skin fresh and dewy all summer won’t work the same in the autumn air. Here are five tips to update your skincare routine for flawless skin this fall. #1 Switch to cream cleanser Many people underestimate the power of the right cleanser, which is why this step is often overlooked. A creamy cleanser instead of one that foams is generally recommended, but is even more essential in colder months. Foaming cleansers are designed to clean skin by getting rid of all oil and sebum, which can be especially harsh in colder, drier weather. Opt for a soothing creamy or milky cleanser that will moisturize as it cleans.
