  2. Alpha Rashid Mshihiri is a professional Business Analyst with over ten years of experience working for different companies in the industrial and service oriented field. He has a comprehensive understanding of the way businesses function, and believes in the potential of investing in poverty ridden economies to help level the global playing field. More specifically, Mshihiri thinks that the concept of micro investment can be implemented for the greater good of a large number of people who are unable to progress forward owing to a lack of financial resources.

  3. Micro investment entails the execution of a two tier structure where in the primary investor lends to multiple secondary investors, who in turn lend to multiple tertiary entrepreneurs. The advantage of this tier system is that the opportunity for entrepreneurship is increased many fold, since there are multiple sources for investment. Using this system, an individual can be both a borrower and a investor , thus reaping the benefit of both.

  4. Alpha Rashid Mshihiri reasons that although micro financing (different from micro investment) has been implemented in many developing economies, the situation has backfired. He spent valuable time investigating the nature of micro finance companies, and concluded that the interest rate of these loans is so high that the borrower will drown in it, and what started out as revival will lead to more destruction. According to Alpha Rashid Mshihiri, micro investment is the solution to the problem created by the downfall of micro financing.
