  2. The Place2Be Our missionis to enhance the wellbeing and prospects of children and their families by providing access to therapeutic and emotional support in schools, using a proven model backed up by research and training. Our visionis a world where children have the opportunity to grow up with prospects rather than problems. Our outcomes include the improved mental health and wellbeing of children who are better able and prepared to learn. The increased engagement of parents who are able to support their children’s emotional needs more effectively. The improved welfare and morale of staff in schools and the increased capacity of local communities to intervene early and address mental health problems. © The Place2Be, 2009
