Vulnerable & At-Risk Areas • 21 zip codes in Oklahoma defined as High-Risk • 9 of those 21 located in NE Oklahoma • High-Risk defined as: • Sub-standard housing • High proportion living in poverty • High elevated blood lead level prevalence • High proportion of minority residents Mitka, 2007 OCLPPP, 2008
