This document outlines the Access Rights requirements for AYSO volunteers as of March 3, 2014. It tests four criteria: current registration, eAYSO account status, required dates on the Information Form, and listing on the Information Form. Importantly, this enhancement does not assess volunteer certifications or training levels. It also delineates how instructors are granted specific access rights based on their positions. Further details regarding course management and roster requests can be found in the AYSO Course Catalogue and at www.ayso.org/accessrights.

Access Rights • Updated March 3, 2014
Access Rights will test for four things: • Is the Volunteer currently registered? • Does the Volunteer have an eAYSO Account (Login-Password) linked to their AYSO record? • Does the Volunteer have a start and stop date in the terms columns on the Information Form (the Board and Staff list)? • Is the Volunteer listed on the IF (RIF, AIR and/or SIF)?
Access Rights • This enhancement does nothing to test for a Volunteers certifications or training • Instructors are listed on an IF so that they can have access rights
Instructors on Information Form • Only Instructor Positions from which the instructor derives their access rights. • RINST - Region • AINST - Area • SINST - Section
Access Rights - Courses Separate Matrix that allows the level of courses and disciplines that an instructor is permitted to request and manage a roster. • Matrix is reflected in the AYSO Course Catalogue.
