How To Bleach Knots Properly

Some people tried to bleach the knots at home in order to make the hairline and handtied knot more natural; however, things are always going to the opposite way, the hair is messed up and became shedding. Why? Is this because my wig is in bad quality? Can I bleach my hair construction/ cap then? How do I do to reduce the harm to my hair if I bleach knots? Hope you can find your answers in this article .

Why? Is this because my wig is in bad quality? Can I bleach my hair construction/ cap then? How do I do to reduce the harm to my hair if I bleach knots? Hope you can find your answers in this article . Firstly, you need to choose right products. Attention! Not every wigs can be bleached! If you purchase a natural black wig, here you go, you can bleach knots as you wish! If you purchase a wig that labeled that was bleached once and never be dyed before, yes, you could bleach knots a little. If your wig is labelled 1B#,2# and it is a dyed color one, we badly not recommend you bleach knots. Also, almost every dark color (except natural black) wig could not sustain re-bleached more than once. Outer layer of hair is covered by the hair dye, the hair dye cream like a protective layer to protect the inner layer hair. If we bleach the dyed hair, the protective layer would “have a fight” with the bleach liquid, and we can tell the hair would have the great damage and the wigs becomes shedding as the result of we're bleaching knots. After I choose a right wig, how do I bleach? Here're several key points and key steps that we usually follow from: Bleach Powder/Liquid Developer (at the correct volume) Aluminum Foil Mixing Bowl Mixing Brush Your Closure/Frontal/Lace Wig

  2. Step 1 Adjust either your lace wig, frontal or closure, pin it down to your forehead. *If your closures carry the baby hairs, it’s easily pin them down with clips. Step 2 Mix up bleach powder and professional developer in a mixing bowl by equal volume. Make sure to stir the mixture until there’re no lumps in the bowl and to get the moderate consistency. Step 3 Gently dab the bleach onto the lace by using your mixing brush. If you put too much pressure onto the lace with the brush, the bleach mixture will leak through from the cap and will bleach the hair. Be sure you apply enough bleach onto the lace to ensure you’re bleaching every single the knot. After you’re applying the bleach, cover the lace closure in the aluminum foil. Step 4 Make sure you keep the bleach on until the knots turn into a honey blonde color, then rinse the bleach out. This is vital step because you want to wait until your wig becomes blonde, or you will have a brassy lace. Step 5 Rinse the wig upside down quickly to avoid getting mixture onto the hair. After you rinse the bleach out, wash it with a neutralizing shampoo to prevent the chemical processing. Leave shampoo on the wig for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse out. Conditioning your wig to keep it from getting dried out afterwards. Here we go my ChocQueen! Do you find your answers or useful tips from this article?
