  1. Farmland DecisionsInstructions for Online Reporting

  2. Welcome Page • Click on Decisions on Farm Land (for both EFU-zoned land and farmland that is within mixed farm-forest zones)

  3. Create a Farmland Decision Entry • Click on Create a new farmland decision entry

  4. General Information & Location • If an applicant is a business, please use the last name field • There are now ample fields for locational information

  5. Type of Decision • Choose a decision type and indicate approval or disapproval

  6. Farm Dwelling • Indicate type of dwelling and respond to questions

  7. Nonfarm Dwelling • If a nonfarm dwelling was approved as part of a land division, fill that section in as well

  8. Accessory Farm Dwelling • Respond to questions

  9. Relative Farm Assistance Dwelling • Respond to questions

  10. Lot of Record Dwelling • Respond to questions

  11. Temporary Hardship Dwelling • Respond to questions

  12. Replacement Dwelling • Respond to questions

  13. Uses Other Than Dwellings • Use drop-down list for use types

  14. Land Divisions • Enter remainder of parent parcel acreage (largest portion) in the parcel 1 field • If a new nonfarm dwelling is part of a land division, fill in the Dwellings section • If a new use other than dwellings is part of a land division, fill in the Uses Other Than Dwellings section

  15. Lot Line Adjustments • Indicate each before and after parcel acreage; the total for all before and after acreages of adjusted parcels must be the same

  16. Comments, Findings & Submittal • The Comment field is for any additional information or clarification • The Findings Document Location will be for uploading findings and vicinity maps • When ready to submit, click on Create -- that’s it!
