PLASMA FRESCO CONGELADO Congelacin en primeras 8 horas: asegurar conservacin de FC (V y VIII) Factores coagulantes y anticoagulantes ligeramente reducidos (tabla) Disminuyen multmeros del FvW y en > medida si es plasma S/D Niveles aceptados para alcanzar coagulaciones normales (rango de normalidad del FVIII: 50-150%)
