No Wexpro II Property Approval Questar Gas may apply to Utah & Wyoming to include property in the Wexpro II agreement. Yes Does QGC apply to Utah and Wyoming to include property in Wexpro II? Yes Questar Gas shall apply to Utah & Wyoming to include property in Wexpro II agreement. No Acquisition cost of property earn the UTCommission- Allowed ROR (currently 8.41 8.428%). Direct costs are assigned to Property. OH cost assigned using Distrigas allocation factor. Property becomes normal E&P property that Wexpro manages outside of Wexpro I & II. Direct costs are assigned to the property OH costs assigned using the Distrigas allocation Factor. Is property approved by both PSCs to be a Wexpro II property?
