Unionlearn, a TUC initiative, supports unions in delivering diverse learning opportunities funded by BIS through the Union Learning Fund. With over 28,000 trained union learning representatives, we've provided training for over 230,000 individuals, ranging from ESOL and numeracy to degree-level education. Our key themes include apprenticeships, community learning, and green skills. By mentoring young apprentices and collaborating with employers, we aim to tackle youth unemployment and promote quality apprenticeships, ensuring a skilled workforce for the future.
