Revised Process Goals • Address the current process gaps • Better inform the process • Be proactive • Better connect the process to the Strategic Plan and Campus Master Plans • Ensure resource allocations are aligned with the academic mission • Put the CPC in a position to make decisions based on a clearer set of information and facts
