How does iGoogle relate to Web 2.0? • iGoogle is a Web 2.0 application from Google. • iGoogle is considered Web 2.0 because of the way it lets you connect with: • other users • interact with Google gadgets (like we used in our blogs) • websites (such as Twitter and Facebook just to name a few). • Advertisements to reach the masses • It is this interactivity and social interaction that makes iGoogle a wonderful Web 2.0 application and an excellent social media site.
