Pre-2011 Version: Policy, Procedures and Best Practices • Development Plan – provides  the teacher with a well thought out plan of action for the development of a successful online course. • Technology Plan – gives the teacher an opportunity to explore the technology available for delivering online learning opportunities. • Communication Plan – demonstrates the communication practices that are hoped for  in an online course. • Implementation Plan – provides the teacher with a course  of action to make the online course successful during the length of the course. • Review Plan – allows for feedback, assessment, and research of the online learning experience.

Catching Up on Reviews • Fall 2012: Stopped reviewed and built the new process • Spring 2013: 10 courses reviewed; 5 external reviewers recruited • Summer 2013: Didn’t have time, reviewed in fall 2013 • Fall 2013: 44 courses reviewed • Spring 2014: 15 courses reviewed • Looking forward: • Newly developed courses • 20-ish Physical Therapy online courses • 60+ self-paced courses
