We believe that diversity embraces the awareness and celebration of the many identities that make up our community, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, culture, language, physical ability, mental ability, gender, and geographical region. In a world where comfort and safety are vital, we hope in time to provide an inclusive environment where we can successfully understand and appreciate different perspectives by moving beyond tolerance to encouragement and acceptance of our differences.
