Ochsner Cohort Rotation Preferences and Confirmation Guide

This guide provides instructions for Ochsner Cohort students on how to access and manage their rotation preferences for the 2014 academic year. Sign in to Si-net using your UQ username and password, navigate to myPlacements, and select your rotation order preferences. Adjustments can be made until the preference close date, and you will receive confirmation of your selections. Additionally, rank subspecialty preferences and course selections for your Australia rotation. Ensure to view your confirmed rotation order and subspecialties once the allocation process is complete.

  1. Year 4: Ochsner Cohort 5th August 2013

  2. Sign into Si-net. http://www.uq.edu.au with your UQ username and Password

  3. Go to myPlacements

  4. Click to preference 2014 Rotation Order

  5. Select Rotation Order preference

  6. Reorder & make any adjustments Click Submit to Save & Complete

  7. Receive confirmation

  8. View your preferred Rotation Order. You may Edit until the preference close date.

  9. Sign in after Rotation Order Confirmed date.

  10. View confirmed Rotation Order. Note: Site will all be listed as Ochsner until you preference your AU rotation.

  11. Mid August – Ochsner Cohort students sign back in to preference Australia rotation and Subspecialties for Medical Specialties at Ochsner.

  12. Click to rank Subspecialties for Medical Specialties

  13. Rank Subspecialty Preference

  14. Reorder & make any adjustments Click Submit to Save & Complete

  15. Receive confirmation

  16. View your preferred rank. You may Edit until the preference close date.

  17. Click to rank Course Preference in Australia

  18. Select to rank course preference in Australia

  19. Reorder & make any adjustments Click Submit to Save & Complete

  20. Receive confirmation

  21. View your preferred rank. You may Edit until the preference close date.

  22. View confirmed Rotation Order once allocations are confirmed.

  23. Once Australia rotation is confirmed, you will be able to view Region and Site. (MIS is an example)

  24. View confirmed subspecialties for Medical Specialties.
