    1. 04.11.2008 FAA/EASA/TCCA Slide 1 Amendment to CS-23 to include HPA applicable to CS-23 high performance airplanes (HPA) MD = Mach 0.6 Service ceiling > 25,000 ft The intention is to use as a basis for the NPA the basic set of CRI taking into account the result of the senior expert meetings with FAA to be completed in February. The output of the meeting will be used to comment the FAA NPRM on Part-23 turbojets (publication is scheduled for December) EASA NPA is tentatively scheduled for 2009 and the amendment to CS-23 in 2010 Further harmonisation is expected when reviewing comments
