  1. Stay back in Canada If your plans are to settle or stay back in Canada after your premium overseas education then the best option recommended would be to study in Canada and then look for work during your stay back visa period. Canada is one of the best countries for international students who not only want to study abroad but also wish to stay back and find post graduate jobs in Canada followed by applying for PR in Canada. The Canadian education system is renowned globally and is particularly preferred by employers in Canada, for those who are planning to work after their study in Canada. After completing your education in Canada, you can work during your stay back visa period and subsequently apply for Permanent Residence visa in Canada. But in order to work in Canada after your graduation, you must have a Canadian work permit. Depending on the length of the course, Canadian Work permit for 1 year is given to those who have completed 1 year of full time study program in Canada. Those who have completed a 2 year full time study course can get a Canada stay back visa for up to 3 years without any hurdle. However, with this great opportunity one must keep certain things in mind-

For example- if a student studies any particular course from any institution from Saskatchewan, then he can apply there for Permanent Residence in Canada after completion of his course under Provincial Nominal Program. But this is possible only if the province is participating at that time and also restricts movement outside the province for work elsewhere. 5-According to the new regulation, the new point system has been introduced for oversees students who wish to stay back in Canada. This system is granted only to those international students who has successfully completed a full time program in Canada and was present in Canada for at least 8 months physically. An international student who qualifies from post secondary program i.e. diplomas course of one or two years, is eligible for 15 points An international student is eligible for 30 points under certain credentials. 1-An eligible credential granted from the university level undergraduate program. 2-An eligible credential granted from the university level master program. 3- An eligible credential granted from the university level Doctoral program.
