What about the General Practitioner: • „To foster the physical and psychological health of people”. • „For people to obtain reasonable explanations for their pain and get resolution of their problems”.

  23. Guidelines in communications • We salute and take each others greetings with a smile. • We are always aware of praising and encouraging each other. • We talk together and solve things immediately. • We approach people directly if we have issues or problems.

  30. What is goodself-confidence? Definition Individual with good confidence: Believes in himself and his abilities. Is able to relate to others in a healthy way and has no difficulties in trusting others. Knows his strengths and weaknesses. Is constructive towards himself. Believes he can accomplish things, feels ,comfortable in his own skin’.

Inaddition ... • Self-confidence shapes all your behaviour and appearence. • Negative communication is always, somehow, connected to low self-confidence. • Good self-confidence is connected to positive charisma. • Self-confidence is an important “muscle-group”. • I can, I will, I shall : Positive self-talk.
