  4. What is the Alabama Career Readiness Certificate? • The Certificate will show the exact Skill Level for each individual person in three (3) assessment areas: • Applied Mathematics • Locating Information • Reading for Information

  5. Career Readiness Certificate Levels and Employability Bronze Level–Core employability skills for approximately 30% of the jobs Silver Level- Core employability skills for approximately 65% of the jobs Gold Level- Core employability skills for approximately 90% of the jobs
