  11. MICROSCAN FAULT INDICATED IN FRONT PANEL TROUBLE-SHOOTING Description Reads a stack of containers in the Reject Station. Does not display until the fourth Index of bad bottles. Fault Action Shows a count of less than one complete index of bottles passing by the Reject sensor. This is caused by a fault or mal-adjustment of the Reject Sensor. Verify that the sensor is positioned correctly. Verify that the sensor is working. “Jar sync Loss” fault occurs when you try to run the Filler without bottles. • Create an expert database to identify faults on a system. • Provide reasons for the faults. • Give corrective actions to eliminate the fault.
