  7. Analysis of Incident Reports Most Department that have reported incidents have no representative in the HSC for Penrith Campus

  8. Conclusion • Need to include other departments in the HSC for Penrith. • We could also look at the definition of work group in the future. • 3 Campus in 1 might not be best. • Alan Beckley – New HSC
