Otay Landfill Inc. 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 1 2 The area used during wet weather operations three days earlier was observed with a significant amount of exposed wasteat the surface. A foam mattress topper was observed protruding at the surface seen with an arrow. Photo #1 was taken looking north. The foam was pulled back and compacted waste was observed under the foam topper.
